Terms of Service

Welcome to Cozymat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://cozymat.ca and our laundry pickup and delivery services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.


1. Company Information

Cozymat operates in Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For questions, you can contact us at support@cozymat.ca.


2. Services

Cozymat provides laundry pickup and delivery services. Service availability, pricing, turnaround times, and service areas may vary and are subject to change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.


3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your account information up to date

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All order details are accurate

  • Prices are as listed at the time of order submission

  • Payment is required according to the selected service option

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe, Square, and CleanCloud Pay. Cozymat does not store full payment card details.

All sales are final once processing has begun, unless otherwise required by law.


5. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified before processing begins. Once laundry processing has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Refunds, if applicable, are issued at Cozymat’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.


6. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Remove valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from laundry

  • Follow care-label instructions provided by garment manufacturers

  • Inform us of any special handling requirements

Cozymat is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, pre-existing garment damage, or manufacturer defects.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the reasonable replacement value of the item, taking into account depreciation. Sentimental or non-replaceable items are excluded.


9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers, including CleanCloud, to manage orders, customer data, and payments. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Cozymat and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozymat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cozymat from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
